Listing: Ghostly Tour Guide
Hours: Contracted Part-Time, an average of one to three 2-hour tours per week
Location: We are looking for Ghost Guides in both Hamilton and Niagara-on-the-Lake

Starting Date: May/June 2008 and ongoing

We are looking to hire some new Ghost Guides for the upcoming Spring season We will be looking for actors or those with experience and comfort in the dramatics for Niagara-on-the-Lake and Hamilton. We are actively looking for experienced individuals who have a passion for history and a love for sharing this with others. History is the basis for our Ghost Walks so an interest in local Canadian history is an asset.

We are looking for Tour Guides who have excellent people skills, genuinely enjoy people, and thrive in social situations. We recognize that it will be the people at our Ghost Walks that will make them unique -- people who love their jobs and believe in what they are doing. We are looking for people who are energetic, skillful, and fun -- people who are eager to work in a job where their individual contributions are the key part of making the tour special.

You must be willing to learn a provided tour script and a fair amount of local history. You must also be willing to wear an appropriate tour uniform; a black cape, top hat or cape hood and carry a lantern and work in any weather, rain or shine!

Acting and/or dramatic experience will be considered an asset!
