Dangerous ghostly shoves...
“The script supervisor on the set of Black
Hole High was shoved by invisible hands. She was standing
at the monitors watching a rehearsal by the stairs to
the second floor in the north-end of the main floor
hallway. It was the middle of the day.”
NOTE:
At the stairs, always at the stairs, there seems to be
a malicious spirit trying to harm those who inhabit its
home. If you’re not convinced yet, here’s
another experience related the mansion’s deadly
stairs.
“My best boy Grip, Rohan, and the key Grip,
Ross, were heading up the stairs to what was named the
Grip lounge (NOTE: GRIPs are lighting and rigging technicians
- a KEY GRIP is the grip supervisor – the BEST
BOY GRIP is his assistant). This lounge is a small room
located at the north end of the house. There’s
a staircase that goes up, curving to the left, into
a small room. Being so hidden and small, I believe it
was one of the servant’s quarters. Out the windows
you are overlooking the garage and in the corner is
a door to a bathroom.
Rohan
moved up the stairs in front of Ross. He disappeared
around the curve. As Ross followed, Rohan fell back
and collided with his chest. He quickly got his footing
and was able to support Rohan and save them both from
a falling down the stairs.
Ross asked him what happened. Rohan was freaked out
as his told him of the two invisible hands. “It
pushed me hard and I feel back into you.” They
looked around the curve and found the door at the top
of the stairs closed and locked tight.”
White apparition in the basement...
“For one of our episodes, we built an old
furnace in the basement (the furnace caught a cold and
blew snot all over!). Part of our effects team, Sean
and Gary, were down their one day in the middle of the
afternoon. Sean left for a short break and when coming
back he saw Gary running up towards him. He took the
stairs two at a time and almost ran him down. “Going
For a smoke”, he replied when Sean asked.
Sean thought nothing of it. It was in the main hallway
of the basement that he understood. A white figure moved
past him in the distance, slowly moving across the hall
into another room. It was obviously female and moved
in the air with no feet. Sean froze on the spot and
tried to make sense of what he’d just seen.
When his legs came back to life, Sean ran out of the
basement. Outside he found Gary and confirmed what had
spooked him. They agreed the apparition looked like
a nun. They both noticed that she had no feet and seemed
to float along the stone floor. After agreeing on what
they saw it confirmed this wasn’t one of those
crazy moments due to all the late nights.”
NOTE: Another common occurrence that
adds truth to the woman in the basement. We here at Haunted
Hamilton love to hear validation of previous experiences
for separate sources. That’s two separate experiences
with the white woman of Auchmar Mansion’s basement.
Nightly experiences & animals just don’t
like the mansion...
“There were also reports from the two women
who worked night security. They were kept busy trying
to track down phantom sounds all night. Doors slamming
and footsteps from the second floor hallway would echo
in the security station below. As well, the small door
leading out to the “Romeo and Juliet” balcony
at the front of the house would always be open. The
guards would close and lock it, only to find it wide
open a couple hours later.
One of the guards mentioned bringing her dog in one
night. He would make a big fuss when coming into the
house. Then try to drag the little guy into the basement.
He wouldn’t even approach the stairs.”
NOTE: Footsteps and doors slamming are
a very common report from any haunted location. This doesn’t
surprise us.
The
dog’s action was similar to the other canine in
the back change rooms. Animals seem to have a heightened
sense to the unknown. These are common but separate situations.
The dogs are sensing something isn’t right. They
could be picking up on the negative emotions from past
events or maybe from a spirit that still lingers. For
the guard’s dog, we personally believe it was the
nun in the basement.
