Battlefield Park
Stoney Creek, Ontario
by Jeff Giles

The Battle of Stoney Creek goes on to this day, as myself and some friends discovered two seperate nights two summers ago. Sitting on the steps of the monument one Saturday night, at once, energy started
to build, and in different forms. One of my friends began to smell gunpowder, another kept feeling wind rush by, as if someone were running past them, and looking into the Gage house, another friend saw rows of boots lined up inside the door. As for myself, I simply noticed a change in the energy pattern and level of the place. The next week, we came back with a camera, and I had my first visual encounter with an apparition. On the tape, you can make out the eyes and bridge of a nose, as well as possibly an aura-type outline, before the figure fades away.
