My mother often heard footsteps, doors opening and closing late at night. During the day time it was balls bouncing in my sister's room. One day my brother called out the name of the previous owner Larry Lynch. Within seconds we all heard this moan accompanyed by footsteps. My dog ran to the bottom of the stairs, barked and growled. The fur on her back was raised right up(as we know dogs react to the supernatural)and it wasn't squirrels.

Several years later I was visiting friends when I learned that his sister and her husband lived there for a while. I asked her if she seen any ghosts. Her eyes bugged out and she nearly went white. She said she was in the upstairs room on the right (which used to be mine) with the door closed. Suddenly someone or something was rattling the door trying to open it. They moved shortly afterward.
