My teacher was telling me a story about one of his old work places. He told me that he used to work at a very famous hotel in california that is known for the ledgend of a woman in a red dress that is said to haunt the hotel.

One evening when he was at the front desk the phone rang. On the other end was a wealthy man asking for another room. He asked why?

The man replied "Because there is a lady in a red dress standing at the foot of my bed."

I left the room sceptical, unsure whether or not to believe the story. By the end of the day i had forgotten the story. That night when i went up stairs to my room to go to sleep i could have sworn i saw a lady in a red dress walk passed my door. I
shrugged and quickly shut off my light and crawled into bed. About five minutes later the door to my room creaked open. I looked at the door, i saw no one. I turned back around, (facing the foot of my bed now) a lady in a red dress was sitting on the foot of my bed she smiled at me. i covered my head with the
sheets. (i was flippin' out!) I heard a laugh from the lady as i did. The sheets were pulled off my head (not by me!) and when they did she was gone.

To this day going to bed is a scary experience.
