Customs House I
was driving with my boyfriend, downtown and we went to Pier 4 for the
Aquafest. Afterwards we got ice cream from Hutch's, and we decided to
eat it in front of the old customs house. I ate and looked at the building
feeling particularily eerie, when I noticed in the top floor farthest
to the left window was fogged in the shape of a woman. I showed my boyfriend
and he said the same thing. Wanting badly to investigate I got out of
the truck and stood uot front of the building and looked up, the fog
was gone. Only now there was what looked to me like a large smudge in
its place.
I have never personally seen the dark lady but two people I know that live on picton have seen her on the porch at night. Please
