January 29, 2006:
HAPPY ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY!

Well, it's been exactly one year since Daniel and I tied the knot and I have to say, we haven't been happier. Our beautiful wedding ceremony was more than I could have ever imagined. I walked down the candlelit aisle surrounded by our family and close friends and moved towards the man of my dreams. I saw Dan's smiling face and couldn't imagine walking to anyone else but him.

The ceremony was nicely complimented by our dear friends Louise Morgan and Susan Gudgeon who sand three arias and brought us all to tears with their amazing voices.

I'm still working on tranferring the wedding video to vhs and the photos to this website, but in the meantime, you can view some of the photos up at my personal MSN Space at the following link:

January 21, 2005:

Today i (finally!) got my new clothing that i ordered. In fact, as i type this, i'm wearing my

My second dress fitting with Brenna. Don't freak, this is the muslin dress.. not the actual dress yet! Looking hot!
(Bren is trying to give herself devil horns, but it didn't work out to well - silly Brenna!) :)

Today was my Bridal Shower, thrown by my fantabulous Mom, Cathy Lechniak. It was incredible seeing everyone, especially the people I haven't seen in ages!

January 14, 2005:

Today we received the Flower Girl dresses! They were made for us by Manon of Maudite Mode (the clothing line from Quebec that we carry in our Haunted Hamilton Shop!) This picture also shows my mom's wedding veil. It's a cathedral veil, meaning it is veerrryyy long. I will be changing the headpiece part and wearing it for my wedding! How special!! The pics show Jada posing in the outfit (sans dress shoes) and playing under my veil!

January 11, 2005:

I stayed up super late last night making the flower girl accessories including the flower baskets and the headpieces. I surprised myself at how beautiful they turned out! You can't tell from the pictures, but the fabric ribbon on the headpiece is a shimmery and sparkly! After 4 days, i also finished up the organza gift bags.

January 5, 2005:

Just had my first wedding dress fitting (in the muslin dress) with Brenna today! I'm so excited and it was awesome to be able to totally customize the dress how i wanted too! Mum's real pearls from her wedding dress will be sewn into mine!

Our official engagement day. This is the day that we picked up the ring and went out for a celebratory dinner (drinks and all!) to Tony Roma's! This is my engagement ring!
